Settings reference
Every Omnibus Owl setting explained, grouped as they appear on the Settings tab.
Open Omnibus Lowest Price from the app menu and switch to the Settings tab. Changes are saved with the Save bar at the top of the page.
General
Max days to track
30
The reference window used for the lowest-price calculation (1–365 days). The directive requires at least 30.
Lowest price widget
Controls the storefront widget.
Show only on discounted products
On
Show the price line only on products with a compare-at price. Turn off to show on all products.
Include current price
Off
Whether the current price can count as the "lowest." Usually off, so the reference reflects the prior low.
Show info tooltip
Off
Adds a "?" icon with an explanation for shoppers.
Date format
%d.%m.%Y
How the reference date is displayed, e.g. 12.06.2026. Supports strftime tokens (%d %m %Y %y %H %M %S).
Price history tracking
Controls which products are tracked.
Don't track Draft products

Native discount tracking (Beta)

Anchored price (Croatia)
Off by default — a Croatian requirement, not part of the Omnibus Directive. See Anchored price (Croatia).
Enable anchored price
Off
Shows the sidrena cijena block, the Dashboard column and actions, and the Languages label. Saving with it on fills anchored prices from price history.
Reference date
2026-09-10
The day whose regular price is shown. Changing it re-runs the fill for history-derived values.
Recalculate all from history

Re-runs the fill on demand. Hand-set and imported anchored prices are kept.
Tools page
Optional automations that go beyond compliance live on the Tools page in the app menu. Each tool has a card with an On / Off badge, a one-line summary of its current configuration, a Turn on / Turn off switch (applied immediately) and a Configure button that opens the tool's own settings page, saved with the Save bar.
Auto Compare At Price
Enable Auto Compare At Price
Off
Set the strikethrough compare-at price automatically on a price drop.
Auto-clear on price increase
On
Clear a stale compare-at price when the price rises to meet or exceed it.
Minimum days at higher price
0
Only set compare-at if the higher price was active this many days (0–365). Prevents fake sales. 0 disables the guardrail.
Fresh Drop Tagging
Enable Fresh Drop Tagging
Off
Tag products that hit a genuine new 30-day low.
Tag name
Just_Added_Sale
The tag applied to fresh drops.
Remove tag after (days)
7
Auto-remove the tag after this many days (1–90).

Match the statement to an order

Look the order up by order number and email so the review step shows its items and dates.
Let customers withdraw single items

A checkbox per item on the review step. Off: the statement covers the whole order.
Ask for a reason

Adds an optional reason field. It is never required.
Acknowledgment email — Sender name
Your store name
Name shown as the sender. Emails go out from Omnibus Owl's verified address with this name.
Acknowledgment email — Reply-to address
Your store contact email
Where a customer's reply goes.
Acknowledgment email — Show my store logo

Uses the default logo from Shopify Settings → Brand; falls back to the store name.
Acknowledgment email — Accent colour

Hex colour of the email's top border.

Emails you a short summary with a link whenever a statement is submitted. Address defaults to the store contact email.
