Welcome to Stork Credit

Issue Shopify store credit automatically — from orders, schedules, CSV imports, Shopify Flow, or any tool that can send a webhook.

🐦 Stork Credit turns Shopify's native store credit into a rewards engine. Set a rule once — "2% back on every order", "€10 to every VIP on their anniversary" — and Stork issues the credit automatically, straight to the customer's Shopify store credit balance.

Because it uses native Shopify store credit, there is no separate points system and no extra checkout step. Customers see their balance at checkout and spend it like any other payment method.

What Stork Credit does

  • Rewards orders automatically. Rules run when an order is paid: a flat amount or a percentage, limited to certain products, collections, customers, or order sizes.

  • Runs scheduled campaigns. Credit a segment on a date, or on a repeating cycle — birthdays, anniversaries, monthly loyalty drops.

  • Imports balances in bulk. Upload a CSV to migrate credit from another app or seed a campaign.

  • Connects to everything else. A Shopify Flow action, plus a signed webhook endpoint for Klaviyo, Zapier, Make, or your own backend.

  • Shows customers what they'll earn through a theme block on the cart and a banner in checkout.

Store credit is issued to a customer account. Orders placed without a customer — true guest checkouts — cannot be credited, because there is no account to hold the balance. See How store credit works.
